Shipping policy

At ToTsFrishion INC, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver and ensure that we provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times. 

Processing time

We strive to process and ship out orders every day however, depending on when the order is placed it may take 2-3 business days for processing. 

Orders placed on the weekends and major holidays will be shipped the next business day. 

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to you. Please allow between 2 to 5 business days for your package to reach your destination based on the service selected, but it may take longer from time to time. 

Once your package is shipped, ToTsFrishion is no longer responsible for your package and any inquiries should be directed to the shipping carrier. In addition, a tracking number will be provided to you after purchase, please use that to track your packages after a shipment. 

ToTsFrishion, INC. is not responsible for any lost packages but is happy to assist with customer concerns if the shipping carrier is unable to assist. 

US Shipping Cost and Speed 
We have standardizing shipping rates based on speed, weight, and location. You may select the best option for your needs at checkout. The estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, they are simply suggestions. There are sometimes delays with shipping carriers. 

Barring any delays from the shipping carriers, you can expect your order delivered to you within 4 to 8 business days, including processing and shipping times. 

 

International Shipping
Any orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are considered International Shipping. There is no free international shipping at this time but rates, estimated tariffs, and duties, are displayed clearly at checkout for customers to select the most cost-effective shipping option for their order. Shipping, tariffs, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
